1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 12 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Underwear or intimate wear for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 2 – 4 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.  Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
